I have a background in communication studies and education. I also have experience in both adult training and public education, as described in my resume. 

 

I possess several key traits that will make me an asset to your training team. First, I am energetic, patient , and charismatic. I am a people person who loves working with others and helping them achieve their goals. Next, I am well-organized, detail oriented, and driven. I work hard to properly achieve tasks and am always willing to go the extra mile in order to benefit those around me. Finally, I am a fast learner and thrive in a fast paced environment. I will be able to learn and master your company's product, program or platform quickly and I will find the best way to instruct others to do the same. 

 

I hope to join your team as a trainer because I feel my personality, experience, and education make me a natural candidate for the position. I hope to work for a company who values their employees and customers and are willing to spend the time and effort in training them.  I want to have a hand in allowing individuals to grow professionally  and gain confidence in order to advance their careers through proper training.
